Terms of Service

By accessing or using AloRecruit, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atlas Liberty Group Ltd ("AloRecruit", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the AloRecruit platform, portal, and associated services.

By creating an account or using any part of the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation, and agree to be bound by them in full.

2. Services Description

AloRecruit operates as a recruiter marketplace connecting:

  • Client companies (“Clients”) — organisations seeking to fill open roles by matching with expert recruiters.
  • Recruiters (“Recruiters”) — independent or agency recruiters who provide recruitment and candidate introduction services.
  • Candidates — professionals who may be surfaced, introduced, or managed through the platform.

AloRecruit provides the technology infrastructure, matching logic, and communication tools that enable these parties to work together. Fees are success-based: we receive a flat percentage of first year base salary only upon hire. We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee where applicable. AloRecruit is not a staffing agency and does not employ recruiters or candidates.

3. Employer-Pays Model — No Candidate Fees

AloRecruit operates a strict employer-pays model. Candidates are never charged any fee — direct or indirect — for being submitted, introduced, or placed through the platform.

All fees for recruitment services are paid exclusively by the Client (the hiring organisation). Recruiters are compensated by AloRecruit in accordance with their individual platform agreement.

Recruiters are expressly prohibited from charging, soliciting, or accepting any payment or other consideration directly from candidates in connection with services delivered via AloRecruit. Violation of this provision constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

4. User Accounts & Eligibility

To use the authenticated features of AloRecruit you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
  • Maintain the security of your credentials and not share access with third parties.
  • Notify us immediately at support@alorecruit.com of any unauthorised access.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to approve or reject accounts at our sole discretion. Client and recruiter accounts are subject to a manual approval process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we believe, in good faith, pose a risk to the platform or its users.

5. Client Obligations

Clients using AloRecruit agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete briefs for each role posted on the platform.
  • Respond to candidate introductions and feedback within the agreed service-level timelines.
  • Treat all candidates submitted through the platform with dignity and in compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law.
  • Pay all invoices issued by AloRecruit in accordance with agreed payment terms.
  • Not directly engage candidates sourced through AloRecruit outside the platform in order to circumvent fees, for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction.

6. Recruiter Obligations

Recruiters using AloRecruit agree to:

  • Source and submit only candidates for whom they hold lawful consent to submit their details to a third party.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles and pipeline statuses.
  • Not misrepresent candidate qualifications, experience, or availability.
  • Comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and UK GDPR, when handling candidate personal data.
  • Not use the AloRecruit platform or client information for any purpose outside the scope of the assigned engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

The AloRecruit platform, brand, logo, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Atlas Liberty Group Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (such as job descriptions or candidate summaries). By submitting content, you grant AloRecruit a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to provide the services described in these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AloRecruit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total fees paid by you to AloRecruit in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) £500 GBP.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Disclaimers

The AloRecruit platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements; (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or (iii) any specific results will be achieved from the use of the service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the AloRecruit platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, USA, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause shall limit our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate their use of the platform at any time. You may delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
  • We reasonably believe your conduct poses a risk to the platform, other users, or candidates.
  • We cease to operate the service.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any outstanding payment obligations shall survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
